Trainers Clinic #2

Hey Gepidaeërs!

On the 18th of January at 13:30 in hall 2 we will have our second trainers clinic, again hosted by the lovely Patrick Tonnaer. He has his own company that specializes in training trainers to give the best exercises for certain goals you have.

This clinic, however, isn't just meant for trainers, everyone is welcome! As a trainer and player alike, you'll walk away from this clinic with new inspirations for personal and group exercises, and which mindset you should have if you intend to improve the way you train! While last trainers clinic focused mostly on warm-up, this one will show how to optimize different exercises for during the actual training, so attendees from last clinic will still have a lot to learn!
