T.S.V.V. Gepidae is always happy to welcome new members! To sign up, you will need a sports card (see below). Do you have questions about the training sessions or the registration process? Then email us at tcgepidae@gmail.com.​​

Currently, registrations for the 2025–2026 season are closed. To be placed on the waiting list, please fill out this form. Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in the association. The Technical Committee will review all applications and contact you within 7 days.

Cancellation

Note: You can no longer cancel your membership for the 2025/2026 season. If you did not cancel before July 1, 2025, you will remain registered for the upcoming season and will be required to pay the membership fee. However, you can still make changes to your membership. If you want to unsubscribe for the 2026/2027 season, please fill out this form.

Sport Subcription

If you want to play volleyball at T.S.V.V. Gepidae, you must have a sports card from the Tilburg University Sports Center, which grants you access to the sports center. With a valid sports card, you can participate in the sports program at Tilburg University and use all the facilities of the sports center. You can purchase various subscriptions at the Sports Center: 12 months, 6 months, and 1 month. Additionally, it is possible to buy a one-day sports card, for example, to join a practice session. Membership Fee

When you sign up with T.S.V.V. Gepidae, you commit to paying the membership fee. The fee is determined annually during the fall General Assembly.

*Arderikkers are former volleyball members of T.S.V.V. Gepidae. You can only become an Arderikker if you have previously played volleyball with Gepidae.

**Trauwmembers are members who do not play volleyball but still want to attend Gepidae activities.
